Christmas Party

Kelsea with her teacher, Ms. Brandolf.

I just realized I forgot to post about Kelsea's Christmas party. She is always so excited for party days because she loves having us at school with her. It's amazing how when we are there she suddenly thinks she can't do things which she normally does as part of their class routine (i.e. cleaning up her area, sitting in her seat). Sometimes it drives me crazy the way kids listen to other what adults have to say better than their own parents. Although they say that's a sign of a healthy happy child.

Sleepy boy

The other night Rusty wanted so bad to finish his dinner so he could have some ice cream. He wouldn't leave even though he was falling asleep. He did end up finishing his dinner after his short nap and getting ice cream.

Snow!!

We had about 2 inches of snow the other day. The kids were so excited they wanted to be outside all afternoon, they love eating and playing in the snow. Hunter was being a stinker and wouldn't look at me while he was in the snow. I wish we would have been here for all the snow Scott had before Christmas.

Scott's families side

I like the picture of Rusty & Hunter fighting over Rusty's new toy because it shows how they are everyday!! They get so jealous of each other, if one is sitting on my lap the other will come and try to push him off and even hit him (which they don't get away with) to get him away from his mommy or daddy.

My families side

We had 6 different Christmas' this year. There is just so much family to see and we want to get everybody in, it makes it a crazy visit. My mom made Scott and I a gorgeous quilt for our bed, she also made Kelsea a new princess quilt which she loves. I love the picture of Hunter and Steven hugging, baby hugs are always so sweet.

High School Musical

On Dec. 23rd we had the opportunity to go see High School Musical the Ice tour. I wasn't really sure what High School Musical was but my mom received some tickets so the 3 of us girls (my mom, Kelsea and I) went to see the show. In the beginning Kelsea just sat in her seat taking the whole thing in, but by the end she was standing up dancing. She absolutely loved it, she likes to sing the High School Musical song (we can only remember part of the song).

Christmas Play

On Dec. 21st we had the opportunity to go see a Christmas play at the Candlelight Pavilion. We made it a 4 generation trip, Grandma Shari (Scott's Grandma), Mom Laffin, Kelsea and I. We had a great time. Kelsea really enjoyed the play and even got to go up on stage to hear Santa read some Christmas letters and sit on his lap for a bit. She also got a special homemade cookie made by Mrs. Clause which was probably her favorite part.

Bath Time

I am so behind in what is going on in our lives. The holidays were so busy being down in California and then coming home and trying to get everything pust back into order. So I am going to attempt to catch up. Starting with our stay at my sister's house for a couple of days before we made the trip all the wasy to so cal. We decided to give Steven (17 months) and Hunter (16 months) a bath, they had a great time splashing and playing, plus we had to get a shot to show their size difference!! Hunter of course is the one with the rolls !! There are also a couple of pictures of Rusty and Corban playing at the park.
